Working with me is easy. I offer one on one coaching sessions either in person or via Skype/Zoom. I also offer learning and growth opportunities through my Workshops which are tailored to specific physiological, nutrition and mindset needs. My coaching packages offer a truly personalised approach to examine how your patterns and habits influence your wellbeing.

I help to educate you in regards to nutrition, water intake, the right form of exercise and sleep routines but I also focus on helping to discover and create balance in all areas in life including personal, professional and family life. Better health, more energy, better connection with your loved ones and increased happiness and self esteem are our priority.

By learning healthy ways to look after yourself, you will in return have more energy and joy in life. It enables you to enjoy what life has to offer as well as to care for your family and loved ones as well as pursue your goals and dreams. Through holistic examination of your lifestyle, we are able to work together on uncovering underlying issues that are often holding you back from reaching your full potential.

We explore the connection between physiology and psychology and how it affects your life, uncover beliefs and values that could possibly hold you back in life and I assist in creating new resourceful ones that support your growth and fulfilment in life, creating strategies towards empowerment.

When to see a Therapist.

If you are physically unwell and in a place where you need to completely rebuild from within. If you need to deal with past traumas, relationships and difficult times that have stayed with you for a long period of time then perhaps the guidance that you need could be provided by a Therapist .They will help you to explore why the past has left such a negative impact on you.
