Managing stress and anxiety in everyday life can be challenging, it leads to feeling stuck, procrastination, overwhelm and stops us from living a full life. Stress and anxiety affect our sleep patterns leaving us with decreased energy, weakened immunity and hormonal dis-balance contributing to weight gain. I find that stress and anxiety often cause a burn out, low energy levels and it affects how we cope with stressful situations, perpetuating the problem.

We can work together with my Mindset Planning System to create effective strategies to manage stress and anxiety, release any past trauma that is holding you back, increase your self esteem and create a blueprint for steps towards the life you desire. Together, we will examine and uncover underlining issues that are holding you back, values and beliefs that are not serving you and help you to create more resourceful ones that support your growth and fulfillment in life, and set appropriate boundaries leaving you feeling empowered. Through using many different models and techniques, my focus is on getting each client their desired outcome.

As your coach it’s my goal to give you more energy to tackle everyday challenges and go through your day with a smile on your face. What is mindset coaching?
I am a firm believer in the fact that your mind is your strongest tool.
It is where you see the world, your relationships, your strengths and your weaknesses.
Your perspective begins with your mind and sometimes this view becomes fixed and limits your potential.
Mindset Coaching can help to change your mindset in order to achieve positive outcomes in your life.
How does it work?
Luckily, you are unique. You have your own life plan and vision for how you would like your life to be. Sometimes you encounter a block along the way which may come in the form of a past trauma, increased pressure from personal or professional areas of your life or even declining physical health. Different aspects of your life can contribute to your mindset and I work with you to unlock your mindset blocks and guide you towards creating positive lifelong habits geared at providing you with happiness, vitality and fulfilment in your life.
